- The legal representative can manage the company's fines directly. In a one-man business, you are the legal representative. If you are not the legal representative but wish to manage the company's fines, ask the legal representative to provide you with the necessary access. Use the interactive guide above to help you do this. Not sure who the legal representative is? Look for this information in the CBE register.
- Next, the legal representative can appoint a (Main) Access Manager for the company through CSAM. He may appoint himself or a collaborator.
- Finally, the (Main) Access Manager can assign the roles required for the management of fines: "traffic fines" and/or "criminal offences" through the eGov Role Management System to himself or to an employee.
- As soon as all roles have been assigned to you, you can log in as a company on Just-on-web and manage your fines.
If you are the sole proprietor, you yourself are the legal representative. You are not sure who your legal representative is? Look them up in the CBE-register.
A (Chief) Access Manager is responsible for the access management of your company. You have to appoint yourself or a staff member as such through the CSAM-platform.
To be able to pay all types of fines, you have to assign two roles to yourself or a staff member: ‘Traffic fines’ and/or ‘Criminal offences’. This is possible through the eGov-platform. It is also possible to give a staff member access to only one of those roles, of course.
Success! You can now log in on Just-on-web as a company and manage fines.
